iXs Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs: Fuminori Yamasaki and Takashi Karino; “iXs”) has welcomed two major operating companies that represent the social and industrial infrastructure field as its new shareholders.

They are ORIX Corporation and Hulic Startup Co., Ltd. (CVC of Hulic Co., Ltd.) (The amount invested by each company is undisclosed).

　By strengthening its business tie-ups with ORIX Corporation and Hulic Startup Co., Ltd., iXs continues to contribute to both the promotion of digital transformation in the social and industrial infrastructure and the implementation of its every solution that integrates robot technology x AI/XR technology x 3D technology into society.
