This robot has been conceived for the premise of creating an "Athletic Cup" which is a speed walk competition between humanoid robots.

Mechanism

Kyosho athletic Humanoid Cup event includes the "5meters sprint". For this competition the equipment for quick movement of the robot is push to extremes. Kondo Kagaku actuators and RCB-3 ( the controller) are made exclusively for the Nickel Hybrid Battery.

Various athletes have a specific design in order to reach a high speed.
